Congress - 2nd Stimulus Package Negotiations Stall

What Happened:
Negotiations for the 2nd Coronavirus Stimulus Package have stalled as Republicans and Democrats continue to be "trillions of dollars apart"
Both the House and the Senate are on recess until early September meaning it is very unlikely a deal will be struck before then.
Trump issued executive orders last Saturday, including $300-$400 per week in supplemental unemployment benefits (depending on your state's budget), but, the new orders will likely take several weeks to actually go into effect.
The eviction moratorium implemented under the CARES act is no longer in effect and 15.5 million Americans continue to be unemployed leading to widespread concern.
