Court Rules Trump Can't Block Subpoena for Tax Returns

What Happened:
On Wednesday, the Federal Appeals Court ruled that the Manhattan DA can obtain President Trump's tax returns.
The 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals disagreed with Trump's arguments that the subpoena was overly broad.
The court stated, "We have considered all of the President's remaining contentions on appeal and have found in them no basis for reversal."
Trump can still appeal the case to the Supreme Court, which is likely to occur.
Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., has been seeking 8 years of Trump's personal and business financial records as part of an investigation into his business practices.
