Day One, President Biden Plans to Undo Several Trump Policies

What's Happening:
According to several of his aides, President Biden plans to sign a series of executive actions on day one of his presidency that will reverse Donald Trump's orders on immigration, climate change and the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Biden will halt construction on the border wall with Mexico, rejoin the Paris Climate Accord and the World Health Organization, end the travel ban from some Muslim-majority countries and revoke the approval for the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
Aides say he will sign the executive orders immediately after taking the oath of office at the Capitol.
The 17 executive actions will be the most signed by an incoming president on their first day in office but the Biden administration says it is important to demonstrate a sense of urgency and competence that was lacking in the previous administration.
Getting a handle on the coronavirus pandemic is at the top of the list of priorities for the Biden administration. The coronavirus order is expected to include a mask mandate on federal property and to extend the federal eviction freeze. Biden has also set a target of delivering 100 million vaccines over his first 100 days in office.
