DHS Suppresses Intelligence Bulletin Warning of Russian Misinformation on Biden's Mental Health

What Happened:
According to ABC News, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chief of Staff John Gountanis, stopped an intelligence bulletin warning of a Russian Misinformation campaign on Joe Biden's mental health from being sent out in early July.
In an email obtained by ABC News, Gountanis wrote "Please hold on sending this one out until you have a chance to speak to [acting Secretary of Homeland Security] Chad Wolf."

A draft of the bulletin, entitled "Russia Likely to Denigrate Health of US Candidates to Influence 2020 Election", was obtained by ABC News. In it, the analysts said that "Russian malign influence actors are likely to continue denigrating presidential candidates through allegations of poor mental or physical health to influence the outcome of the 2020 election."
This news comes as growing concern mounts about Russian interference in the upcoming US Presidential Election.
