Georgia Senate Runoff Elections - 96% Counted as of 11:36 PM EST

What's Happening:
With roughly 96% of the vote in, the Georgia Senate Runoff Elections are tightening dramatically:
Democratic challenger Rev. Raphael Warnock currently leads 50.3% to 49.7% over Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler.
Republican Senator David Perdue and Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff are currently tied at 50.0% to 50.0%.
The closely contested races are under tremendous scrutiny as they will determine control of the Senate. If Republicans win at least 1 of the 2 seats, they will maintain control of the Senate. If Democrats win both of the seats, they will be tied 50-50 with the Republicans leaving Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris to be the deciding vote and thereby giving Democrats control of the Senate.
GOP representatives have said that voter turnout Tuesday was "on track" with what they projected and that they are optimistic. Over three million people, more than a third of registered voters in Georgia, voted early in the runoff elections.
Both President Trump and President-Elect Biden were in Georgia campaigning Monday night. Trump told voters that they must "swarm" the election booths and downplayed concerns about election fraud. Meanwhile, Biden told voters that if the Democrats were to secure the Senate, the $2000 stimulus checks would be sent out to struggling Americans right away.
