  • Hurricane Delta made landfall on Friday in Louisiana and Texas as a Category 2 hurricane with 100 mph winds.

  • Already more than 450,000 homes are without power.

  • The storm has weakened to a CAT 1 since it moved further inland.

  • Residents are warned of dangerous conditions, flash floods and life-threatening storm surges. Currently 5.5 million people are under flash flood watches.
