Major 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake in Aegean Sea Off Greece and Turkey

What Happened:
On Friday morning, a powerful 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Aegean Sea near Greece and Turkey.
Several buildings were severely damaged in Izmir, Turkey and at least 6 buildings fell.
Turkish President Reccep Tayyip Erdogan tweeted, "With all the means of our state, we stand by our citizens affected by the earthquake. We took action to start the necessary work in the region with all our relevant institutions and ministers."
UPDATED: At least 60 people have died and 120+ are injured according to Turkish authorities.
