New Poll Shows Biden Expanding Lead in MI, WIS, PA
What's Happening:
A new poll released by the Elections Research Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, shows Biden increasing his lead over Trump in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania as more formerly undecided voters say they intend to back Biden.
Biden is now above the 50 percent mark in all three states while Trump is in the low to mid-40s.
In this latest poll, Biden has received a 4 point bump in all three states versus a poll done in September. In Michigan, Biden is up 10 points overall vs Trump, 52-42. In Wisconsin, Biden leads 53-44 and in Pennsylvania, he leads 52-44.
There is also a large gender gap with Biden leading by roughly 20 points among women across the three states. Trump leads by about 3 points among men.
The survey, conducted between Oct 13 - Oct 21, estimates about a 4% margin of error.
