PA Supreme Court Rejects Another Trump Election Lawsuit

What Happened:

On Saturday, Pennsylvania's Supreme Court threw out a lower court's order preventing the state from certifying certain election results.
In an unanimous decision, the court threw out the three day old order saying the lawsuit was filed several months after the time limit established to challenge Pennsylvania’s year-old mail-in voting law.
The justices also criticized the lawsuit's attempt to overturn an election retroactively.
Justice David Wecht wrote, "They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted."
The ruling comes a day after the Federal Appeal's Court rejected the Trump campaign's latest effort to challenge the state election results. A decision Trump's legal team says they will appeal to the Supreme Court.
