“Initial reports indicate the suspect produced a firearm, threatening the lives of law enforcement officers." - U.S. Marshals Service
  • According to a statement from the U.S. Marshals Service, “Initial reports indicate the suspect produced a firearm, threatening the lives of law enforcement officers. Task force members responded to the threat and struck the suspect who was pronounced dead at the scene.”

  • Reinoehl was the prime suspect in the killing of Aaron “Jay” Danielson who was shot in the chest last Saturday night when a violent clash erupted between Trump supporters and Black Lives Matter protesters in Portland. Danielson was a member of the right-wing "Patriot Prayer" group which had already engaged in several skirmishes with protesters in Portland.
