Pro-Trump Protesters Storm the Capitol - Armed Standoff

What's Happening:
Pro-Trump supporters have stormed the US Capitol as lawmakers attempt to certify the Electoral College votes and affirm President-Elect Joe Biden's win. The Capitol is now in lockdown.
Just after 1 PM EST, hundreds of pro-Trump protesters pushed through barriers surrounding the Capitol. There is now an armed standoff taking place outside the House of Representatives.
Lawmakers and Vice-President Pence were evacuated from the building.
Trump tweeted, "Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!"
Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser announced a citywide curfew from 6 pm EST on Wednesday until 6 am EST on Thursday.
Federal and local law enforcement are responding to threats of suspicious devices outside the Capitol building as well as possible pipe bombs in several locations throughout Washington DC.

Several Officers have been injured by the mob invading the Capitol.
Trump has called in the National Guard to respond the riot.

Trump calls for protesters to “go home now” in a video tweet.
Woman shot inside Capitol building is pronounced dead.
Riot police have pushed Pro-Trump mobs away and secured the Capitol.
