Hurricane Sally Slows as it Nears Coast - Back to a CAT 1

Sally is back to a Category 1 hurricane with sustained winds of 85 MPH. The hurricane has slowed considerably and is moving at about 2 MPH.
The hurricane has turned slightly and is now expected to make landfall around Biloxi, Mississippi on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Officials warn of life-threatening storm surges that could reach as high 7-11 feet and of significant flooding along the entire Gulf coast.
Mandatory evacuations have been issued in both Louisiana and Mississippi.
