Stimulus Negotiations Stall, Trump May Issue Executive Order

What Happened:
Democrats and White House Negotiators were unable to reach an agreement on a second stimulus package on Friday. Trump previously stated that he would circumvent Congress and issue an Executive Order if an agreement wasn't reached by the Friday "deadline".
Although the details of the Executive Order are not available thus far, the topics that are expected to be included are a deferral on payroll tax collection (which may act retroactively), an extension of unemployment benefits (likely at a lower rate than the $600/week approved in the previous stimulus), an extension on the eviction moratorium, and student loan relief.
What was Said:
In a press conference at his golf club on Friday evening, Trump stated "If Democrats continue to hold this critical relief hostage, I will act under my authority as president to get Americans the relief they need"
