Supreme Court Allows Release of Trump Tax Returns to NY Prosecutors
On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that New York prosecutors would be allowed to obtain former President Trump's tax returns.
The former president has been fighting a losing battle to keep his financial records from NY prosecutors for several months.
The documents will be held under grand jury secrecy rules and will not be made public.
Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., has been seeking 8 years of Trump's personal and business financial records as part of an investigation into his business practices.
