TikTok is Down, Thousands of Users Without Access

What's Happening:
Social video app giant TikTok is experiencing problems and outages for tens of thousands of users.
The outages reportedly started just after 4 PM EST. TikTok has said that they are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
Several users have complained that they are unable to access their "For You Pages" and that they have lost access to their followers.
Update: Service has been restored.
