Trump Announces that Israel and UAE have reached a "Historic" Peace Agreement

What was Said:

• President Trump announced on Thursday that Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have reached a "Historic" Peace Agreement.

• According to a joint statement released by Israel-UAE-USA, Israel will "suspend" plans to annex portions of the West Bank

• Trump tweeted "HUGE breakthrough today!" saying that the agreement calls for a "full normalization of relations" between Israel and the UAE and that this "will bring together two of America's most reliable and capable regional partners."

• Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted saying "A historic day" in Hebrew.
