Wisconsin Certifies Biden as Winner

What Happened:

On Monday, Wisconsin became the final battleground state to certify its' election results and confirm Joe Biden as the winner for the Presidential Election. This comes just a few hours after another battleground state, Arizona, also certified Biden as the winner.
Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D) signed the certificate after a partial recount, paid for by Trump, was completed and added 87 votes to Biden's 20,600+ vote margin over Trump.
Trump has already said he plans to challenge the outcome. In a tweet, President Trump said, "The Wisconsin recount is not about finding mistakes in the count, it is about finding people who have voted illegally, and that case will be brought after the recount is over...We have found many illegal votes. Stay tuned!"
